My Approach to Harmonic Insights.

For many years, I have worked in a strategic business environment, focusing on markets, emerging trends, and complex decision-making. Throughout this journey, I repeatedly discovered that the best strategies are not created by data and analysis alone, but by the people who develop and bring them to life.

This insight led me to Positive Psychology and, ultimately, to coaching. Today, I combine analytical thinking with evidence-based methods to help people gain clarity, unlock their potential, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

This is me.

My name is Nick, and I live with my wife and our two children in the Passau region of Bavaria.

For many years, I have been working in a corporate environment, supporting strategic initiatives and complex business challenges. At the same time, I have developed a deep passion for Positive Psychology, systems thinking, and understanding how people can find clarity, purpose, and direction in an increasingly complex world.

Alongside my coaching practice, I serve as a lecturer at the University of Passau. This unique combination enables me to connect scientific insights with hands-on experience from organizations, leadership, and business practice.

Outside of work, I find inspiration and balance in the places where Harmonic Insights has its roots: by the sea, through sports, reading, and lifelong learning.

Perhaps this is why the lighthouse became the symbol of my brand—a reminder that clarity and orientation often emerge when we take a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
